Assembling Wall Formworks with TEKO Plastic Formwork Panels
Align the side rib of one TEKO plastic formwork panel with the side rib of another panel. Align the openings along the ribs to ensure easy and proper insertion of the handles. After the locking head of the handle passes completely through both panels, rotate the handle to achieve a stable connection between the joined modules.

Fixing to the Base
Erect the formwork onto the base. Align the formwork and fix it to the base using a fixing plate 40х40×45 (Fig. 1). Alternatively, you can use a wooden board with a thickness of 4 cm (Fig. 2 and Fig.3). Secure the board to the base using appropriate fasteners. Fix the formwork in position by nailing wooden pieces across the board. Attention: Do not drive nails into the formwork panels.

Strengthening Wall Formworks
The pull push props should be installed at a distance no longer than 180 cm apart. The distance from the end of the formwork (vertical edge or outer corner of the formwork) to the first pull push prop should be no more than 90 cm.

Length and Height Compensation up to 5 cm
Use a wooden board or beam (Fig. 5) with the required thickness as an insert to compensate for any shortfall in the length or height of the formwork (Fig. 4). Align the panel with the insert and mark the location of the holes with a pencil. The distance (a) from the edge of the panel to the center of the handle hole shown in Fig. 4 must be equal to the distance (a) from the edge of the insert to the center of the drilled hole shown in Fig. 5. Drill holes with a diameter of 20 mm in the insert. Secure the insert between two adjacent panels (Fig. 4) using an M18x200 bolt, an M18 nut, and 2 washers (Fig. 6).

Stop-End Wall Formwork
Use the elements of the TEKO system for quick and easy end closure of wall formworks (Fig. 7). You can also use beams (А) and boards (В) as shown in Fig. 8

Assembling Column Formworks
Assemble the column using TEKO plastic formwork panels with a width equal to the column width and External corners (EX). Fix the column to the base and reinforce it with pull push props.

Assembling Column Formworks with External Chamfered Corners
For our TEKO plastic formwork for concrete, we have developed a special external chamfered corner that allows easy and precise construction of columns and wall ends with chamfered edges.
Assemble the column using TEKO plastic formwork panels that are 5 cm narrower than the column width, along with external chamfered corners (EC). Fix the column to the base and reinforce it with pull push props.

Corner Assembling – Wall Thickness in cm
Corner assembling with TEKO plastic formwork allows accurate formation of internal and external corners for various wall thicknesses. The system ensures precise angles, stable panel connections, and clean concrete edges without additional cutting or adjustments.

T-Junctions and Wall Connections – Wall Thickness in cm
Using the modular panels and accessories of the TEKO plastic formwork system, T-junctions between walls can be constructed easily and efficiently. The formwork ensures correct panel alignment, reliable structural connections, and precisely formed T-junctions for different wall thicknesses.
